We only accept returns when we have made a mistake (i.e. we sent you the wrong product).
Please
contact us through our online form or call us at the toll free number above to arrange for a return.
Refunds
If your order has not yet shipped, your order can be fully refunded. If using ACH, we cannot process your refund until your funds have cleared.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number.
